What is the difference between an online/interactive CE versus self-study. |

This is determined by the mechanism through which you submit your course test. If you submit the completed course test to the provider through the mail, this is considered to be a self-study course. If, as with all courses with FasttrackCEUS.com, you submit your course test online, it is considered a regular CE course.

How do I take an online course? |

Its easy just follow the online instructions which will guide through the process

How long will it take to get my Certificate of Completion? |
| |
You will be able to print your certificate after you have completed the course and passed the course test.

Once I start a course, do I have to stay on the computer until I finish it? |

No. You are able to leave and return at your convenience. There is no deadline for finishing a course or taking a course test.

What happens when I pass my course test? |

After you have passed your course test, your Certificate of Completion will be displayed for you to print.

How many questions must I get right in order to pass my test? |
| |
You must correctly answer 70% of the course test questions to pass the test. If you do not pass you may take the test again.

What happens if I do not pass the test? |
| |
If you don’t pass a test you are given an opportunity to re-take the test free of charge.
|
|
|
How do I retake my course test? |
| |
If you do not pass a test, you will be given an online prompt to guide you in the process of retaking the course.
